This notice explains how SAP Webdesign (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through www.sapwebdesign.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, the services you’re interested in and your message. We also record your IP address with each submission to help prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a request you made) or, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Spam protection

Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from real people. Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics for this purpose. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Who can see it

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and stored with our hosting provider (Hostinger) in the UK/EU. Our website is served through Cloudflare. These providers act as data processors on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the work and our legal obligations.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email enquiries@sapwebdesign.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
